Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of 11PromptPro(the “Service”), provided by TUYO Labs, Inhaberin: J. Jächel (Am Weißen Weg 5, 56428 Dernbach, Germany). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

11PromptPro is a tool that guides you through structured steps to turn an idea into an optimized prompt for AI systems, and produces variants and a quality assessment. The Service is a coaching/authoring tool — it generates prompts, not the underlying task results.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or third-party rights;
• create unlawful, harmful, hateful, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service;
• abuse, automate, or resell access in a way that harms the Service or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate prompts and assessments. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it. We make no warranty as to the correctness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of generated content.

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, to the prompts generated for you. You grant us a limited right to process your inputs solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your prompts.

The Service offers a limited free trial and paid subscription plans. The trial ends after 7 days or 7 generated prompts, whichever comes first; after the trial you need a paid plan to continue generating or refining prompts.

Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) are available with a monthly or yearly billing cycle. The applicable prices, included prompt quota and billing interval are shown before purchase. All prices are in Euro and include any applicable statutory VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.

Payment provider: payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe; your payment data (e.g. card details) is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on Stripe as a sub-processor.

Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged for the following period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the app under Settings.

If you are a consumer in the EU and purchase a digital service, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Service is a digital service that begins immediately on purchase, at checkout you expressly consent to the immediate start of performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun providing the Service (§ 356 (4) BGB).

To exercise the right of withdrawal (where still applicable), you can contact us at mail@11promptpro.com. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. under product liability law) remains unaffected.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We will take reasonable steps to inform you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
