11PromptPro is a tool that helps you turn an idea into an optimized AI prompt. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the service, we process:

• Account data (if you sign up): your e-mail address and authentication data.
• Prompt content: the ideas, answers and any files you enter to generate a prompt.
• Saved prompts (only if you are signed in and choose to save them).
• Subscription & billing data (if you purchase a paid plan): your plan, billing interval, subscription status and billing period. Payment details (e.g. card data) are entered directly with our payment provider Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type and time of request, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the service securely.
• Local settings: theme, language and preferences stored in your browser (localStorage) — these never leave your device.

• Providing the service (generating prompts, running the app) — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning service).
• User accounts & saved prompts — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
• Transactional e-mails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, account changes) — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
• Payment & subscription processing (paid plans, recurring billing, invoices) — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). This is handled by our payment provider Stripe.
• Security & abuse prevention, server logs — Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

To generate and score your prompt, the text you enter is transmitted to our AI sub-processors (Anthropic and Google — see the table below) for that specific request.

Uploaded files:if you attach a file (e.g. a document, spreadsheet or image), its content is extracted and the extracted text/content is transmitted to the AI provider together with your prompt so it can inform the result. The file content is processed only to fulfil that single request; it is not used to train the providers’ models and is not retained by us beyond what you choose to save. Under their API terms, our AI providers (Anthropic, Google) may retain API inputs and outputs for a limited period — up to 30 days — for abuse and safety monitoring, after which they are deleted. Zero-retention processing is not available for this service.

We do not use your inputs to train our own models. Please avoid entering unnecessary personal or confidential information into prompts and uploaded files.

No automated decisions with legal effect: the AI-based quality score and suggestions are purely advisory. No automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

Private Mode: when you use Private Mode, your prompt is not stored in your history, library or account. However, the input is still sent to the AI provider for that single request in order to produce a result.

We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Some of these providers are located in or transfer data to the USA (Anthropic PBC, Google LLC and Stripe, Inc.). Transfers to these providers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, incorporated into each provider’s Data Processing Agreement (linked below). You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards from us at any time via mail@11promptpro.com.

Account data is stored for as long as your account exists. Unsaved prompts (drafts) are automatically deleted after 30 days. Saved prompts remain until you delete them or your account. Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and then deleted or anonymized.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use technically necessary browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to keep you signed in and remember your settings (e.g. theme and language). No analytics or third-party tracking is currently in use.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15);
• rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17);
• restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• data portability (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7 (3)).

You can exercise these rights by contacting mail@11promptpro.com. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app under Settings.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
