What does the quality score mean?
It measures the craftsmanship of your prompt across 7 dimensions on a 0–100 scale — before any answer exists. It is not a guarantee of a good answer, but it tells you exactly where a prompt is weak. Anything below 85 gets one automatic improvement pass.

Do I have to paste the prompt into ChatGPT myself?
No. Prompts up to 1,500 characters open directly in ChatGPT, prefilled via deep link. Longer prompts are placed in your clipboard automatically when ChatGPT opens.
